$STONKBROKER Whitepaper
Clean fixed-supply ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain. Token contract reference for partners and holders.
Notice

This page describes the $STONKBROKER ERC-20 smart contract only. It is informational and is not an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of profit. Holding STONKBROKER does not confer equity, dividends, ownership of Clutch Markets entities, or a share of revenue. A third-party Howey Test legal opinion is currently being drafted and will be linked here when issued.

1. Overview

$STONKBROKER (STONKBROKER) is a clean, fixed-supply ERC-20 token deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). The contract follows OpenZeppelin ERC-20 with ERC20Burnable and EIP-2612 permit. It does not implement staking, farming, reward accrual, transfer taxes, pause, freeze, blacklist, admin mint, or upgradeability.

3. Supply and distribution

  • Fixed supply. The full supply is minted once in the constructor to the designated initial holder. There is no further mint function and no inflation or emission schedule.
  • No team allocation. No vested supply. There is no reserved team unlock schedule, no investor cliff, and no timed vesting release for STONKBROKER itself.
  • Fee sinks only. Circulating supply may decrease over time through fee sinks tied to AMM trading activity and liquidity provider fee flows (including voluntary burns under ERC20Burnable). Those sinks are market and fee process driven, not scheduled team unlocks.

4. Token utility (contract level)

At the smart contract layer, STONKBROKER provides standard fungible token functions: transfer, approve, transferFrom, permit, and optional self-burn by the holder. The contract does not encode on-chain governance votes, staking modules, or automatic reward distribution.

5. Access controls

After deployment the token is ownerless and immutable. There is no admin key that can mint, pause transfers, freeze balances, blacklist addresses, or upgrade the bytecode. Transfers are permissionless under the ERC-20 standard.

6. Security · HasLock

The $STONKBROKER ERC-20 carries a HasLock Certified audit and penetration assessment performed by Admir Zlatic (0xSimpleFarmer), who holds Hashlock Solidity Smart Contract Auditor Certification (SSCAC), issued February 3, 2026. Findings on the ERC-20 surface: none. HasLock is StonkBrokers' certification mark for this review.

7. Classification

A third-party Howey Test / securities classification legal opinion is currently being drafted. When issued, it will be published alongside this whitepaper on /docs and on this page.

8. Further documentation

Broader protocol documentation lives at stonkbrokers.io/docs. This whitepaper is the canonical public reference for the $STONKBROKER ERC-20 itself.
