1. Status

Clutch Labs licenses the StonkBrokers Protocol Licensed Work under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL 1.1) — the same source-available model Uniswap uses for v3/v4 core and Clutch Labs uses for Anvil AMM — so partners and builders can receive source under clear rules without a free-for-all production clone window.

Warning to cloners and violators. Production or commercial use of StonkBrokers Protocol source — including deploying a competing Clock In engine, Smart Launch / Safe Launch pad, Broker Box machine stack, collection / marketplace derivative, or other Licensed Work fork — without an Additional Use Grant or written commercial license from Clutch Labs violates BUSL 1.1, terminates your license rights, and may be pursued as copyright infringement. On-chain bytecode, Blockscout verification, public ABIs, and integration PDFs are not a production-use grant.

End users and integrators: Trading, launching, clocking in, or building a wallet / terminal that talks to Clutch Labs’ live contracts is fine. Copying those contracts into your own production factory is not — unless you have a grant.

4. Anvil AMM (related)

Anvil AMM factory, vaults, deployers, and related protocol source are licensed under BUSL 1.1 in the Clutch Labs Anvil repository. Same Licensor. Same production restriction. See Anvil LICENSE, contracts/licenses/BUSL_LICENSE, and the Anvil BUSL notice PDF.

5. Where the binding text lives

Counsel note: BUSL is not an OSI open-source license. Prior MIT / ISC notices, SPDX headers, or explorer verification of deployed bytecode do not by themselves authorize a competing production fork of StonkBrokers Protocol or Anvil AMM. Have counsel review grant language before any partner production deploy. This notice is informational and not legal advice.
